Individuals are directly influenced by the parent/child relationship, sibling dynamics, roles in partnerships, and broader sociocultural contexts. Making meaning of these various relationships and what they say about your true self is part of being human. I value attachment as the foundation of the human experience and believe that everyone deserves secure connections in their lives. Bearing witness while guiding clients through their relationship history and honoring painful attachment ruptures provides a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you can begin to create change and fosters resiliency.
Couples
Couples often get caught up in patterns of negative interactions, where it feels like they are having the same fight over and over again. This leaves them feeling less connected with one another, frustrated and alone. I work to help each partner identify their experience in the relationship and share inner thoughts in an effective way, leading to new and powerful insight about one another.
Family Therapy
Family therapy provides a safe environment for each member of your family to explore what may be preventing your family from thriving. I will help each family member identify and understand how their beliefs and behaviors impact the other members of the family. By improving positive communication with your family, I will guide you through the process of healing from past struggles and help your family create positive interactions that will nourish the on-going growth of your family system.

Out-Of-Network Insurance Reimbursement

I can email you a superbill at the end of each month to send to your insurance for reimbursement. If you are interested in video sessions, they are considered “teletherapy” and may not be covered by all plans. Please ensure you are in a quiet and private place for a video session where you will not be interrupted. Please be aware that video sessions are at times subject to connectivity difficulties.
